Community Poem: Where I'm From
April is National Poetry Month, and we’re celebrating with a community poem!
To join us, write a few words, no more than 10, on the theme “Where I’m From.” This poem will collect our memories of home, community, and a sense of place. Your submission can be a sentence or a list of things. We will turn your submissions into a community poem called “Where I’m From.”
Turn in your submission by Friday, April 30th, to be included in the Community Poem. Not all submissions may be included in the poem.
Use this Google Form to turn in your submission, or write it on a slip of paper at the Piqua Public Library.
If you would like some inspiration, we recommend looking at our previous Community Poems and NPR’s Crowdsourced Poems.
