The collection was initially donated on June 9, 1995 by William F. “Frank” Pitsenbarger, but as additional materials accumulate, they are added to the collection.

The Raper Community Club Collection was donated to the Flesh Public Library Archives by Kenneth Moore on August 24, 1999. It consists of treasurer’s books, minute books, annual club rosters, and correspondence from 1937 to 1993.
