BETA SIGMA PHI COLLECTION ADDITIONAL

 

INTRODUCTION

 

The Beta Sigma Phi Collection Additional was accessioned into the Flesh Public Library Archives in March 2007.  The materials were a further donation by Jacqueline Lange, the last Recording Secretary of the organization.  The collection includes organizational records from 2000-2007.

PIQUA HERITAGE FESTIVAL COLLECTION

 

INTRODUCTION

 

The Piqua Heritage Festival Collection fills one Hollinger box.  It contains nine individual file folders with various news articles, photos, and minutes of meetings, etc.  There are no restrictions on the use of this collection and the literary copyright has been deeded to the public.

The Lion’s Auxiliary Collection was accessioned into the Flesh Public Library Archives in October, 2001.  Virginia Potter donated the materials.  They cover the period between 1973 and 1996.  The collection is divided into four Series:

INTRODUCTION

 

The Piqua Engineer’s Collection was accessioned into the Flesh Public Library Archives in October, 2001.  It consists of two series, Photographs and Correspondence, contained in thirty-two folders.  There are no known restrictions on the use of this collection.  Materials date from the 1940’s to the 1960’s.

The Rayner Collection was accessioned into the Flesh Public Library Archives in January, 2001.  It fills two Hollinger boxes and thirty-nine file folders.  The collection includes materials from 1817 to 1926.  There are no known restrictions on the use of this collection.
