INTRODUCTION

 

The Upper Valley Medical Center, Collection No. 2 was accessioned into the Piqua Public Library Archives in July, 2009.  It is an addition to MS -102, the original collection, which was accessioned in 2005.  The collection contains seventeen boxes and 494 file folders.  It includes photographs, hospital records, donation accounts, and Auxiliary activities from Troy Stouder Hospital, Troy Dettmer Hospital, Piqua Memorial Medical Center, and Upper Valley Medical Center.  There are no restrictions on the use of this collection. 

 

SCOPE AND CONTENTS

 

MS-122, the Upper Valley Medical Center Collection, is divided into seventeen boxes containing five Series. When possible, the material is arranged by years.  The collection is as follows:
