Holiday Cookbook

Share Your Favorite Holiday Recipe for Our Holiday Cookbook! Please send your recipes by December 15 to pplmedia@piqualibrary.org. All ages are welcome to submit. The cookbooks will be available starting December 17th.

Community Trees

Community Tree Voting Has Begun! Head over to the Library to explore all the beautifully decorated trees created by our community. This year each tree will be decorated based off of a children's book. Winners will be announced on January 5th!

Seasonal Reading Challenge

General Information The challenge will run from October 1 through December 31, 2025. Participants should be 18 years or older. Tasks can be completed in any order. Each task can be completed only once for points. Each book must be read completely during the time frame of the challenge and can be counted only once per challenge. Forms should be filled out completely and can be turned in near the circulation desk. Book Requirements Any form of book is acceptable (print copy, audio or ebook). Books must be at least 100 pages to count. Picture books may only be used if specified in the task. Juvenile and YA books will count if they meet the 100+ page requirement. Completion of the Challenge Participants who complete the challenge will be awarded a coupon for the library bookstore and a button corresponding to the season.
