The Piqua Public Library is committed to serving the needs of the public while also working to ensure the safety and health of our patrons, staff, and community. Based on guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and directives given by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, the library has decided to take the following precautionary measures:
In-house library programs have been suspended thru the end of summer.
We're excited to announce that the Piqua Public Library will be offering curbside service starting Monday, June 1! Our curbside hours will be Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 7 pm. You can request items by calling us at 937-773-6753 or by visiting our online catalog at https://catalog.piqualibrary.org/#section=home If you need assistance with your password contact Tess Graves at email@example.com
Our staff will collect items, place them in a bag, and notify you that your items are ready. Only items from the Piqua Public Library will be available and there will be a limit of 20 items per card.
To pick up books, you will enter the parking lot behind the library building and pull up to the double yellow doors. You will then open your trunk and get back into your vehicle. Library staff will bring items out and place them in the trunk.
Our staff will NOT be handling any return items. Please continue to use the book drop.
As of now, our plans are to open the building to patrons between June 15th and July 1st. Stay tuned for further updates.
